Large Cat Seen in Kings Nympton. Feb 2019

Image
Witness Report - I had an experience with a big black cat in February last year during that unseasonal hot weather we had. It was about a mile outside Kings Nympton around 3 o'clock in the afternoon whilst walking my Labrador.  I had never really thought about it before but after I spent weeks going through the internet hoping for more information I still check now and again if there's any more sightings in the area. One of the most interesting things I found whilst searching the internet was a list of all the big cats escaped, killed or captured in the U.K it proves that they are out there. Looking at the area I would presume to suggest the cat may have used the River Mole as a route. There is plenty of cover in the area, it is scattered with farmers fields, long grassy meadows and lots of small wooded areas, Ideal for a large cat to move around unseen. Maybe all of the earlier reports in the area of a 'Upright Bear' known as the Kings Nympton Bear are mi...

Many UK Residents have been Attacked by Large Cats say Police.

Image
#BBR #BBRUK Most people in the UK have seen or know of someone who has seen a large cat wandering our fields and woodlands for well over four decades now.  Around 17000 reports were made in Staffordshire alone between 2010 and 2018. Lately you can stick a pin in the map and there will be a report of one or many large cats roaming the area. From the Surrey Puma to the Beast of Skerry they come in all colours and are usually described as "larger than a large dog" So your average Brit would not be too surprised to hear of a large cat report close to home, what may surprise them is the number of reported attacks on humans or humans out walking with their dogs.  Listed are some of those reports in the witnesses own words.  I have added the original sources for each story so you can view the many images provided. Dog attacked by 'panther' before owner has terrifying encounter with the big cat in Cornwall. Police and the RSPCA have confirmed they attended the scene of t...

The Holcombe, M.O.D Wild Creature, sighting 1980's

Image
Way up on Holcombe Moor is an Army Training centre and lots of land owned by the M.O.D Posted with danger signs it is not accessible to your average human.  But as this area is very close to the source of the River Irwell along which many British Wildman sightings lie.  I recently got back in touch with the witness to see if they would appear in the new documentary Elusive, but sadly ill health and fear of being identified prevented him from appearing, but he did manage to fill me in a little on some of the details. This is the original Account, which was taken by A. Bird in 2013. D. B witness statement: I am an ex service personnel who wished to tell you about two separate sightings of what I believes is the same creature, over an eight week period in the 1980's, both happened to me whilst training, up in the hills close to Holcombe, This is only a short hop from the Forest of Bowland and has many different habitats, with high wind swept hills and low valleys where its wo...
