This incident happened only a stones throw away from where Adam and Paul Bird had their encounter at Sherwood Forest, and where they regularly research. It is an interesting encounter with something unknown and could well be the first account of a British Bigfoot being hit by an oncoming vehicle...... Though the exact location is unknown, on a map, the A57 cuts right through some woods that was once part of the huge and vast Sherwood Forest......

Further Comments: A bus driver and conductor reported hitting a dark, shape that screamed as it made contact with their bus. Coming to a halt, they both searched the road and surrounding area but failed to find whatever they thought they had run over.....
