Bigfoot Sighting in Texas: ‘It Clearly Didn’t Look Human’

LUFKIN, Texas– A man claims he saw ‘Bigfoot’ walking on his eastern Texas property in Angelina County.
The unnamed witness has reportedly been hearing “strange noises” and spotting a “shadowy figure” several times over the course of the past few weeks.
“Today, one of my neighbors complained about their dogs being attacked, so I started looking more carefully,” he said Sunday night on a foggy YouTube video. “No one is going to believe me, I came out here earlier with my dog, and there was a hairy creature in the edge of my property, right along the brush line.”
The man states that he was able to look at it for a few minutes while his dog “ran after it” before disappearing into the woods.
“I have no idea what it was. It clearly did not look human.”
Earlier today, the man says, he went back to where the alleged Bigfoot sighting took place and he photographed an unidentified footprint with what appear to be five toes.
“This is proof of Bigfoot in east Texas,” he said.
The city of Lufkin, named after a cotton merchant, has a population of 35,000 and is situated at the intersections of  US 59, currently under construction Interstate 69, and US 69.

Bigfoot sightings in the Lone Star State are quite unusual. Just last month, Courts Griner told Cryptozoology News that a group of ape-like creatures had entered his property to climb up onto the roof of his northern Texas house. The purported creatures were reportedly communicating with each other.
Commonly known among cryptozoology enthusiasts and paranormal investigators are Susan Sullivan series of books, Texas Bigfoot, documenting the alleged encounters with the beast that she and her family have been experiencing throughout the years on her Texas property.
