An Encounter With Tall Night-crawler Aka "Sisiutl" , "Supernatural Being"

I was contacted by a gentleman who lives in Canada who wanted me to share his encounter with a shape-shifting beings known as the Night-crawler. I have been asked this week about the British Dogman accounts, and i have to admit like most people i know very little about them.
